My problem is that I live with an extremely active, thin partner who likes the odd bar of chocolate, eats biscuits sometimes etc. I therefore can't avoid having these tempting things around.
Any tips for stopping myself eating these, short of locking the cupboard? I don't like to ask my other half to stop me because I feel like I should be developing more willpower somehow, and don't want him to be my food police!
Any advice appreciated!
