Right its be a manic few weeks with tears tantrums and stress but I can feel it subsiding and i feel slightly better about myself at the moment.
I've been going to the gym so thats been helping

My new fridge freezer come tmw so I will be planning agin for a few weeks but hte focus is most definately on each day and what it brings.

Today plans

B- porridge 4
S - flump 1
L - soup 3 otcakes 4 yog 2 banana EDB
S - zilch
D - Chilli 9 and 2oz rice 8

Give me 31 from 49
so I might have some tortilla chips with my chilli and up the rice to 2.5
so 20 tortilla (4 ) .5 rice 2

leave me 12 left.

Andrew was supposed to be going to Fort William to work tomorrow for a couple of days and i don't think thats happening now!!

Its good to be back and I would love to be able to post a new weight on Wednesday and start this whole thing again and stick with it - Hols in May and I will need to make sure the leathers fit!

Well I'm glad to say that Day one wasn't as hard as I expected it to be - I came in under checks as always! but not many. I'll be honest I can't remember but I have noted it all down.
I've been out in the sun doing traffic counts so far this morning so although I'm a little chilly I'm fairly awake and qquite enjoyed listening to the wee robin singing his heart out!! Spring is definately here ( saw lambs too!! shaun.gif shaun.gif shaun.gif )

so I've posted my menus in the other thread as well as here to see if i can get help for when the days are tough - but I think that could be ending soon.

I made my lasagne last night, made the cheese sauce and with extra cheese on top before i cook it tonight its going to be 12checks for the lot!! I was going to get half fat cheddar but the Tesco V light cheddar was cheaper and i'm watching the pennies at the moment!

I would add the olives and the coleslaw, try and eat those checks, you need them!!

Late tea last night, Andrew got home, decided i would do him toad in the hole for tea, forgetting it would take about an hour for it to cook!!

Another perfect day yesterday, long may it continue!!

Training tonight, lets see how the right leg holds up tonight, hopefully minus the pain this time!

Flatter than the proverbial pancake today.

Had tears last night, i seem to be unemployable. However, it has kinda forced my hand into applying for college again, found out that the local college do a BA (Hons) in History and politics, that kinda whet my appetite.

Training was so, so, right leg held out reasonably well, i did however hit my left knee at full speed with my bo staff, have a lovely purple bruise on it this morning!

Well done on eating all you're checks yesterday, proud of you!

Well staurday went well with 49 being consumed and sunday well - 3 cupcakes 1 easter nest and toad in the hole for the full day so Not the best but defo not the worst

So today menu

equal 33 from 49

hopefully doing the gym tonigh as well as some shopping so hoeping for some more interesting lunches this week

Here we go again! I'm on day 2 of the fresh start and feeling positive Lets hope I can keep this going
I was sooooo bad yesterday and carried 11 checks for one day!! so need to focus on eating checks

I have 5 weeks to holidays and that should mean 5lbs off so thats the aim but I'm focusing on each day and trying to eat my checks.

I'm planning a wee run out after work so dinner will be something when I get in - whatever i have in the fridge probably tea and a fruit salad.

Dinner decided pasta and tom sauce 12
make big tom sauce then I can use it for sausage casserole tmw with potato wedge or chips! YUMMY!!

Hmmmmm the ride last a lot longer than expected - met up with agroup of girls and rode with them for a while and grabbed a coffee.

monday was bad with 36 checks eaten yesterday was dire with 25 eaten yet I didn't feel hungry! totally confused.com

anyway the upshot is 3lb lighter at this morning weigh in rolleyes.gif ( still doen't help when ineed to eat checks though)

I will have two portions of fruit before I go to bed though - Its a habit I have got I got to the kitchen and straight to the fruits bowl of my berries in the fridge! So not complaining there.

3.5lb off - so thats offical my half a stone ine 3 weeks - and i've still not looked at the booster

not the way to do it but I can't see any other way at the mo!

that is everything I ate with 2hours of practice. I'm appalled. I suppse i should be thankfullt i'm not going to the gym as well.
I just don't feel hungy and I'm not sure how to eatw hen not hungry as i spent years trying not eat when i wasn't hungry.
yesterday lunch was an apple - thats all with water. warning bells are starting to ring but i'm not sure what i have to do. I'm not going to the doc's just yet. maybe the stress i sgetting to me
I don't feel tired or depressed or anything but I'm getting concerned when peopl start looking at me asking why I'm not eating - that can'tbe good can it!
