Thanks for the tip Jaye, easy to see i'm new to this, eh?? Lol
Em, no - had one yesterday for lunch + the other today i guessed it at 9cx...............(well, counted the roll as 9, it was 12 really, as had two slices of chicken breast on it, with salad + a wee squirt of salad cream )
I'm thinking it's best to guess, than not count at all.......x

I would've said 5 also. Unless it's a huge roll, then the norm is 5 checks.

Did it not have the calories on the pack? They usually do. I count 5 checks for a normal size roll and I would imagine a large one would be more than that.

I was thinking maybe 6 for a large one based on 5 for a 50g one? Let us know how heavy it was
