Hi everyone just thought that i would have a wee look in to see how you are all doing? i have not been on here for months

i am not doing very well at all getting bigger by the day am thinking to start trying to loose again but just done seem to get that first good day in.

Things are still not looking too good in life at the moment have just been in to see my Grandmother in hospital she has fallen and broken her hip which they have operated on to fix but she is 97 and very frail so not sure as to how she will come on.

i must get back on SS as my weight is getting to be danger stages if i could just get one good day in that might just be the start.

Sorry to hear about your grandmother, hope she will be okay

Youve done the right thing coming back on here, the support is amazing And you're right, once you get that 1st good day out of the way, u'll be fine. I was the same when i started back last week, i just take it a day at a time, seems less of a challenge than a full week

Thanks everyone its good to be back i think it just might be what i needed i have so far done really good and am pep perfect must say that it is only day 1 but if i can get to bed before i do anything too drastic then i can say i have my first perfect day in months

They are now thinking that Granny's leg is possibly not been set in the correct place so i am hopping that this is not the case as at 97 i don't think its good for her to go through any more poor love
