I can't answer your specific question, but just to say, Weightwatchers ha produced some excellent Indian recipe books and they give calorie counts as well as WW points so are easy to convert to checks. All my recipe books are packed away as I am painting my kitchen at the moment so I can't give any recipes but I'll look in amazon for the link...
Edit: Here you go, get in and buy this quick- fantastic book, includes curry mains and also sides, samosas, all lower fat versions of the curry house favourites
If you miss this you'll probably find it on amazon, this just came up first when I googled for it.
