Shoe - i think i'm also a tad impatient, i just want instant results i guess (don't we all???

) With needing to lose around 2.5-3st, it certainly isn't going to happen overnight!!
I'm going to Spain for a week in October, so would loooove to be at target by then if poss - and it's do-able, it just seems a long way off yet
I'd love a spa day, would need to save hard for that tho (never say never.....)
I know i can do so much better, i.e exercise more etc, but like i said - it's hard for me to keep motivated, and then i get a bit down when i lose motivation
minsyb - i was sooo fired up in my 1st week and lost 2lbs

Then, wasn't quite as fired up in my 2nd week - and gained half a lb
Maybe that's why i'm a bit "low" this week, maybe i just need a loss to get me motivated again. Duh, bet that's why....dunno why that didn't cross my mind til now

I've had an okay week this week, so fingers x'd i get a loss at class on Wed - and that it gets me "back on track"
Sometimes i feel a bit daft saying these things, but i'm just being honest, and everyone's so nice that it makes me feel so much better than if i was bottling it up (that make sense??) I'm so grateful for the support on here - i really am
