HI
I am new to the online forum so perhaps I haven't posted this message in the right place. I reached my target weight a few months ago and have managed to stay there quite happily since then, however 4 days I seem to have hit the self-destruct button and have ut on 3 & 1/2lbs in 4 days!

Does anyone have any tips on how to get back on track before I do any more damage?
