I tend to make the same 3 dishes over and over again!

My faves are:

COTTAGE PIE
BAKED BEAN LASAGNE
THAI GREEN CHICKEN CURRY

What are your favourite PEP meals??? x

spicy beef and prune casserole,seasons book, a big hit in our family, dont be put off by the prunes it really is delish, recipe says to put red wine in but i never do, would be too tempted to drink the rest of the bottle

pork in creamy sauce
cajun chicken and wedges

Lately it's been sticky pork and pork and pineapple casserole. I used to love the pork in creamy sauce but ate it so much I sickened myself! No doubt I'll go back to it at some point though
