Here we go again!!!!

I know i've had more fresh starts than most folk put together!!!

Anyway I started afresh in January as most of us did with the intention of weighing at home butterfly.gif did this for a few weeks and managed to lose five pounds then lost the plot a couple of pounds went back on and off and on!!!!

Decided to go back to class last week, the class i go to is weigh and go on a Saturday morning, so got weighed then ** forgot ** i was supposed to be on the PEP ate all weekend without counting and got back on track on Monday, got weighed yesterday and had a sts surrender.gif its my own fault entirely for not sticking to PEP which i know for sure works as I've been at target twice butterfly.gif

So now i'm trying to make my mind up as to what to do next as yesterday ended up being another " no count Saturday " should i stick with the weigh and go class on a Saturday or should I go to the proper class on a Wednesday night???

I've a hen weekend at the beginning of May in Edinburgh so have eleven weigh in's before then could lose a stone or so by then butterfly.gif

Anyway any words of wisdom much appriciated butterfly.gif

I was just going to weigh and go's before xmas, it didn't work for me
I need the class talk to help me, i struggle anyway, but the class helps me better than a weigh n go did
Everyone is different tho, good luck with however you choose to weigh 1983.gif x

I would go to the full class Dawn ,if you're paying your money to just weigh n go ,its not worth it in my opinion.I can't get to class now, don't get home til after 6 then its straight into cooking the tea for family ,then its time to get Erin ready for Guides ,before I know it its almost bed time.

Dawn I would say Full Class as well. Agree with Di I feel you do benefit from the talk and also get better value for money 2thumbs.gif

As you say you can do it youve been at TARGET twice before 2thumbs.gif

I would say a stone over 11 weeks totally do-able but you will need to PEP 7 days a week, maybe saving checks for extras on a Saturday 2thumbs.gif

Hi Dawn I agree go to class I've tried weigh and go too and it doesn't do it for me either - it's better value for money too smile.gif Good luck whatever you decide. xxx

hi Dawn, I agree with the others, I definitely used to feel more motivated after each class, and there was always something useful I found out each week too. And besides, why pay the same money to just get weighed when you can go to the whole class and get re-motivated each week. smile.gif

You definitely get much more support from going to the full classes (and better value for money). I felt that you could have a good nose around the board and have time to have a proper look at the recipe books, snacks etc. that were for sale, whereas in Weigh & Go I felt like you were being pushed out the door as soon as you were weighed.

Go to class I think. Mainly because I've started again too as it doesn't work on my own!
