Well it's a new week and today I've been thinking how easy it is to get bored with things (I really need to put some different music on my MP3 player). So I thought for this week we could all say which foods we are bored of and which new foods we have found - variety helps!

I am bored of ryvita and laughing cow triangles! So for a change I have been enjoying snack a jacks, barbeque and sweet chilli are my favs!

Rice crispies and branflakes!! I'm trying not to eat to much sugary cereal first thing but I cracked this morning and went for cocopops shucks.gif

3 and a half on this week. I start back at class yesterday though so a big chunk of that is an evening weigh in.

I'm bored of baked potatoes. But I'm loving potato croquettes instead just now!

elle, I like honey shreddies as they are wholegrain but still feel like a treat cereal. I have stopped having cereal for breakfast and I'm having crumpets instead with a glass of orange juice with bits.

I lost 2 lbs this week. I've been a little off course since then and strangely having breakfast at Costa today has helped. The last 2 weeks have been hectic as there are very few staff in and today there were just 5 of us. Thankfully most people are in next week so it should be better and I have 2 days off! I'm doing a little overtime tomorrow and then I am free until Wednesday.
