Who would like to join in a challenge to run (or walk or run/walk) a mile for Sport Relief on the weekend of 21st March? This could be at one of the events, on a treadmill at the gym or on your own route. You can get sponsors or make a small donation yourself or just join in for the fun of it.
There are 4 weeks to prepare so even if you don't exercise much at the moment, there is time for a little preparation.
If anyone would like to read a running book for advice, I would reccomend Runing made Easy or The New Runner by John Bingham (aka the Penguin).
