Not really. The only way to lose weight is to eat less. Count calories. Its a pain to start with, but it gets easier, and then becomes a good habit. xxx

I had it and I did use it and to begin with I did well, its like everything else though if you don't keep ot up it doesnt work!
The basics are eat super slowly, putting your cutlery down between bites, eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full.

I tried this and even travelled to London for Paul Mc seminar. it worked while I could concentrate on thinking about what I was doing but life is just too hectic and a lapse in concentration and that was it you were eating more than you needed, but I do recommend the eating more slowly the hard bit I found was knowing when you are full and stopping eating when food has been your comfort and escape for so long, I find I need to plan what I eat therefore SS plan is the one for me as a lot of years ago I did excellent on it when I lived in cumbria but life's ups and downs and change in circumstance and then dieting was a luxury I did not have time to think about, then you realise that life is running away from you and its time to take charge. and you need to be aware of what you are putting into your body you cant get away with eating more fuel than it needs and expecting to keep slim haha I wish you could. so here we all are and we can do it it wont be a totally smooth road but it is possible.

I am a hypnotherapist and the whole reason I call my company 'noquickfix' is because people look to hypnosis for an easy fix for their problems. As everyone else has said, the only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you expend. And the only way to stay slim and healthy is to change your habits longterm. However, hypnosis can be a help in that journey. I ask clients to concentrate on the good things that will come from being slimmer and healthier. In the hypnotic state we are concentrating far more than we usually do so the motivation comes from that. (Does that make sense???

)
I do recommend Paul McKenna's books and CDs to my clients - I cannot recommend his relaxation ones highly enough. Whenever I'm going through stress I listen to one as soon as I'm in bed and no matter how stressed I am I fall asleep and have a great night!!!

Hello!
I used the Paul Mckenna and I have to say that I did do well with it but my only down side that I started eating faster still eating whatever I wanted which resulted in more weight gain than loss!!
but I did do well when I stuck to the programme, whatever works!
good Luck xx
