
Well done with the weight loss this week . Bang in the middle of the recommended 1-2lbs a week.
It is harder the older you get, stick with it though , it does work.
When it gets hard, come on and read the blog's , threads on the boards. Look back over some of hte older posts a lot of good motivating stuff on here.Join in anywhere you want. The boards are not as busy as normal just now, don't know why. It goes like that form time to time.
