Does anyone have a good receipe for this that comes to no more than 16 checks.
I know how to make lasagne but just interested if anyone has a tried a tested variation, and exact quantites for the cheese sauce. I also have tried the check free one and I didnt like it - savoy cabbage as the pasta layers? Puh-lease!

have you seen the baked bean lasagne recipie in the pep book? that is pretty awesome and you can always substitute the beans for your favourite veg and that would reduce it to 13 checks?

Post it anyway whenever you get a chance and I can try it next time. I am just being lazy and cant be bothered working out quantities and checks for the cheese sauce! But I'll work it out - thats pretty much where most of the calories will be!

I make cheese sauce with - 150mls skimmed milk, 1 tbsp cornflour, 0.5 teasp mustard, and 30g half fat cheese. Not really like the real thing, but it does ok, and you can just bung it all together in the pan and stir - never fails. Odesn't make much, but enough for a lasagne.
