I don't think I will be as good as Kiwi herself but I think we are all needing somewhere to post our results and a little inspirational talk so here goes :-
Today, I am going to talk about the importance of EXERCISE. Not only does it help your weight loss as you are increasing your metabolic rate, but it tones your body and produces happy hormones in the brain called endorphins which help us all keep happy mentally as well as physically.
So whatever "rocks your boat" do. I like the fitness DVD's, walking and even just doing housework such as hoovering and ironing to burn these excess calories.
Now that Spring time is here, how about giving your home a Spring Clean or getting your garden all sorted out with planting new vegetables or flowers whilst breathing in that lovely fresh air!
I would like everyone to tell me what new activity they are doing this week? Or indeed what they are still doing.
Dance around the room with your jammies on if that makes you happy!
