Just thought I'd share this easy peasy alternative to breakie - or even just for a snack. Would love to take credit for this but I got it from Rosemare Connely. I use 45g no added sugar musli (6 checks) and 150g low fat natural yogurt (3 checks or use from edb) and simply mix together. The Rosemary Connely way says to mix it up the night before and leave in fridge, and I tried this last night and this morning was really looking forward it, and it looked vile. It takes on a kind of porridge consistency. It tasted the same, but I'd definatley recommend just mixing it and eating it there and then.

Im not really a fan of these muelies, i LOVE granola which of course is more sugary lol. When I was doing RC I used to pour 50ml orange juice over the museli and leave it overnight. Not quite as cementy and tastes nice and you just add the yoghurt, doing this owuld add another 2 chx

My breakfast this week has been 50g granola, youghurt from daily allowance and 1/2 of my fruit allowance in the form of blueberries, yum and keeps you full till lunch.
