HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!
And Welcome to our Online Class.
As its Easter, I don't want to do a "talk" today, but would just like everyone to reflect on what we have been talking about over the last few weeks.
Are you managing to fit in more or do a new exercise? Are you eating a healthy breakfast and are you watching how many treats you are eating? Remember that we can enjoy treats, but like everything else, they are best in moderation.
Well, without further ado, I will now go on to say that we had losses of 11 and a half pounds last week, three STS and one wee gain of half a pound.
Special mentions - this week would be our newbie Katie, who started off in style with a loss of 3lbs and myself who managed to lose this also and got into my size 10 jeans, Whoooooo!!!!
Also, well done to everyone else too for their weight losses, no matter how small. And all those who STS or had a little gain, don't worry, keep positive and today is a fresh week, draw a line under last.
Ok folks, lets hear how you're getting on... GOOD LUCK. X

Hi everyone!! As I'm not attending classes this time round, I'm finding it difficult to remain focused!
It is soooooo easy to:-
1] tell myself that that cake/pie/cream dessert is so small it won't have many checks in it, in fact probably only 1 or 2
2]put off weigh-in day
3] change plan etc, etc !!!! I don't think I'm gaining [just now], but if I carry on like this, I sure will!
So - hope you don't mind if I join you [ as long as you don't expect too much of this old wrinkly
!!! ]

Great Pete!

No excuses now for building up those muscles of yours! Not that you need any excuses of course, as you are fully committed to exercise! Well done. x

Hello everyone I have missed you heaps!!! Had a good Holiday, although I was bunged up with the dreaded cold, so did feel a little sorry for myself!! But anyway, I have put on 2lbs

I am ok with that as I didnot deprive myself of anything, I just ate smaller portions and tried to pick healthier choices (most of the time

). I see it as a long term eating plan and not a diet! I have decided not to set myself major targets as it didn't work last time. I just want to loose the weight the best I can, and if its slow but sure then that's good as a loss is better than a gain. So I jumped on the scales 1st thing this morning and I'm raring to go pepin

Great to have you back with us and glad you enjoyed your holiday!

.
Putting on a couple of pounds while on holiday isn't that bad as you say. And you are getting back on the Pep wagon which is the main thing. It is a lifetime change and not a diet as you quite rightly say, so in the long term you'll get that off again and some more I'm sure.
Take care, Catrina. x

Hi folks, had a wee gain of half a pound this week,

. Not that down about it though as although I kept to my checks most of the time

, I didn't do as much exercise as the previous week.
Going now to get my PEP and EXERCISE head back on and hopefully next week will see more positive results! x
Love all of you, Catrina. x

.
P.S. On the
positive side though, I measured myself this morning and I've lost 1 and a half inches from my waist and a couple of inches from my hips since I started back in the new year!

0.5lb off this week. Better off that on I suppose. But that now takes me to one and half stone loss so far this year.
Slowly but surely eh!!
Oh and 1 inch off from round my hips.

Excellent Rosie! Sorry I've just got around to checking my Online Class now, but I've been out to Elgin today and have been busy making the tea and doing some housework.
A stone and a half is a
brilliant achievement and you must be
so proud of yourself. Well done, I am.
And an inch of your waist -
great stuff!
Keep pepping and exercising, your doing
so well! x

Half a pound on, you'll get that off in no time Lynn! Good on you for your positive attitude and for reporting in! I put a wee half pound on this week too, so we'll make it our goal to lose it and maybe some more by next week.
Take care, Catrina. x

Today was weigh in day, for my first week of SS. I lost 2lbs 3/4 oz

I also lost an inch from my waist and 1 inch from the top of my arms which are quite big and flabby for the size of me. I'm very pleased with myself. I did go out for a two course meal tonight but I tried to be good and had the veggie option!
