Lets hope so, as we can give ourselves a goal to think about. Getting into our bikinis if brave enough to show a little flesh,(and no Pete I'm not talking to you or the other men out there!, what you do in the privacy of your own home is your business!, no only joking of course), or even just looking better in our shorts and t-shirts. Since starting Rosie has lost an amazing STONE and A HALF and is feeling better for it.
For everyone else we gained 5 and a half pounds and lost 6 and a quarter pounds, (notice how precise I'm being!) and one STS. Nothing to get too despondent about with it being Easter week and all, but come on ladies and gents, lets make this week our best PEP one ever and imagine us sitting on the beach looking our best this year with a nice drink, (diet juice of course!) and seeing Pete in his bikini, (sorry Pete couldn't resist that one!).
