My hubby isnt a member here and I think hell would freeze over before I'd get him into a class, but I'd like to give him a special mention, because since Christmas he has lost 2 stone. He eats what I eat (I'll give him extra pasta and rice etc) but when he saw I was serious about loosing weight and giving up booze, he said he'd cut out chocolate, he has cereal bars instead now (ok they have a bit of chocolate) and he has the odd chocolate bar as a treat, but before, he was eating a 500g bar in one night, and this would easily be 3-4 nights in the week. He was the ultimate chocaholic.
I am really proud of what he has acheived and only has 10lbs to get to his 'target'.
Its funny though - because the last 3 weeks we have lost exactly the same amount each week. But with him doing this it makes it easier for me to stick to pep too, instead of having this temptation wafting in my face every night!
