Mince and potatoes. Brown some onions and the mince add stock and your favourite frozen veg (e.g. carrots, cauli, brocolli). Slice some potatoes thinly and boil for approx 10 min (mince should have cooked for at least 10 min before you put them on). Dice the ends of the potatoes finely and add to the mince. Put mince in oven with sliced potatoes on top. If you add some spray oil, milk or butter to the top of the poatoes, they will brown more easily or you can just be really really patient. Cook for 30 - 40 min.
I've had the turkey mince in bolognese too although I prefer lean steak mince.

the only 2 ingredients you would need to count are the mince and the swee chilli sauce -
[u]Sweet Chilli Turkey Burgers[u]
500g turkey mince (25)
1 garlic clove crushed (free)
2-3tbsp sweet chilli sauce (3-4.5 checks)
2 tbsp coriander (free)
3 spring onions (free)
salt and pepper (free)
sweet chilli sauce (10 ml dessertspoon) = 1
(1 tblsp = 15ml)
7 checks per burger if making 4
