Hello everyone! Does anyone still have the recipe for Baked Bean Lasagne from an old PEP book? PEP plus I think it was in...and the check value.. Just had a craving for it.....makes a change from chocolate!

BAKED BEAN LASAGNE
1.Cook chopped onion and mushrooms in a pan sprayed with oil 2.Add 100g beans, 1 chopped tomato, garlic powder & mixed herbs 3.Layer mixture between 3 lasagne sheets in an ovenproof dish 4.Make sauce from 1 dspn cornflour, 150ml skimmed milk, 30g grated half-fat cheese & 1/2 tsp mustard 5.Heat gently, stirring until thickened 6.Pour over lasagne & bake at 200c/gas 6 for approximately 30 mins
16 checks per lasagne
(I love this recipe, you get LOADS!! ) xx

That recipe is lovely! I thought it sounded disgusting when I saw it first but it is absolutely fab!
