Everyone has done so well this week and i am so proud of you all and if i could i would pat you all on the back so because i cant please al now pat yourselves on the back.
WELL DONE EVERYONE
I am happy to report a total loss of 20lb this week two sts and no gains.
Ok so we all know that all it takes is one good day and that will lead to another so how can we do this.
SMALL STEPS
The way we cook things ,portion sizes to big/small,never skip meals and staying positive remember you can have anything you want as long as you count it in.
What works for me is eating my edb's at night when i'm watching tv chilling that is my weakness time, bulking my meals up with no check veg/salad, PLANNNIG!!

Great talk Trace! I haven't been good the last couple of days and feel like "throwing in the towel", but I know that SS works, so I'm going to stick with it.
Like you say, small steps and one good day can lead to another, (so can one bad day if we're not careful and break the cycle).
Well, I am making some chicken broth for tea tonight, so thats nice and healthy and am going to try and be good.
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE ELSE AND HOPE I CAN GET MYSELF SORTED OUT FOR RETURNING NEXT WEEK. X

have put on 2lbs, sorry to spoil the winning streak! I lost 2 lbs last week after a few inconsistent weeks of sts plus a holiday so I was suspicious of that loss anyway. Bad bad week this week so actually was worried had put on more than 2lb. So much for losing 5lbs by daughter's birthday next wednesday. New mini goal is to lose this 2lbs for next week. Still want to lose a stone during this school term so better get to it. Busy week again ahead but have some shopping in so free soup here I come...

Good result Tracy. I'm not being funny, but my scales are playing up at the moment, so I don't know if I'll be able to post a result tomorrow. I think that they are needing a new battery in them. One minute I'm nearly 10 stone and the next I'm down to 9. They might be having a nervous breakdown! - hope not.
You're doing a GREAT job by the way. Maybe ask you again to do it again in the summer hols if you don't mind and you're not too busy. x

Yeah will do! Maybe its just as well, as don't think I would have lost anything this week anyway. Although my PEP head is definately well and truly screwed back on.

I'm back again after some pouse.
It's my 4th day on a new protal diet and i'm already 2 kg ( around 4 lb) lighter yes yes yes.
No hunger, lots of food. Magic...lmao

hello! sorry i have been missing from the online class for the past few weeks! but i am back on and have lost 1.2kg (2.6lbs) and am also into my next stone bracket!! woohoo!!!
