Please note: These quantities are for 6 servings, we have it over three nights but why not freeze it and keep it for another day smile.gif

500g Lean Mince
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Red Onion
2 Tins Tomatoes
1 Tin Kidney Beans in Chilli Sauce
1 Jar of Pasta Sauce (We use Ragu Spicy)
Dash (or five!) of Tabasco sauce

Fry the mince. Add the peppers and onion for a quick fry. Add the Tomatoes, Kidney Beans and Pasta Sauce and Tabasco. Stir, alot. Leave to simmer for about 15 minutes (allows time for pasta to be cooked!).

Simples!

Worked out to be 6-7 checks for the sauce per serving (Add up the Checks and divide by 6!!) 14 Checks with 60 g (dry weight) of pasta smile.gif Enjoy!

You can add mushrooms etc but the fiancé doesn't like them so I have to go without sad.gif
