HI everyone,

Just wondering how you all eat all your checks if you have no check soup or something light for lunch? How do u manage to eat all your checks in the day?

I seem to be having about 6-8 checks for breakfast
then 12-15 for lunch
then about 18-20 for dinner

Im still only averaging about 45-47 checks a day, reaching 50 i feel like im eating millions of food!!
Seems to be working tho, i certainly feel slimmer - only the scales will tell!! hahhaa

Just wondering unsure.gif

Thanks

Lol sounds like a lovely class manager!! I put all my weight on through a mystery illness and I never really overate, I guess I'll keep the no check soups for when I'm thinner smile.gif

if you have trouble eating all your checks eat a few more things that are higher in calories. They are not banned.

I sometimes have this problem too, I am on 45 cxs a day but average at 40-43. I like having stuff like dried apricots or plain nuts in the cupboard, that way if I really dont fancy anything but know I need to eat a few more cxs I'll have 2-3 cxs worth of apricot or nuts, its a tiny amount so I can manage it ok.

The point of low check/no check recipes is to help people who are struggling to manage within their allowance. Princess JC's CM is right as far as most slimmers are concerned and many of us do struggle at some point because the check alllowance is a lot lower than we were eating when we were happily overeating and gaining weight.... y_whistle.gif

Also, sometimes people go low/no check to save up a few checks for a weekend meal out or a special occasion.

If you are managing OK with ordinary meals and you have no special meals or drinks out to save for then there is no need to have low/no check meals, they are just ideas that are there for if you need them.
