GOOD MORNING ladies and gents and welcome to our Online Class once again.

Its nice to be back and thank you Tracey for the outstanding job you have done. Well done you!  hug.gif

Also, SPECIAL MENTIONS this week are: Scotchmist, who lost an incredible 6lbs last week, Ewitka a wonderful 4lbs and gilco gilchrist who lost a pound but an amazing inch from her chest, waist and hips! YIPPEE!!! 2thumbs.gif   2thumbs.gif   2thumbs.gif .

(Oh Ewitka, if you're reading this, what is this "Protal diet" you're doing just now, would be interested to know - thanks).

AND we lost a BRILLIANT 20lbs between us and only had a wee gain of 5lb and three of us stayed the same. winner.gif .


Now onto the business of losing weight. What does it take to be successful? Well as we know, commitment, taking the "rough with smooth" and not giving up on ourselves. 

We all take different times to achieve our goals as we are all unique, special people, but as long as we have patience with ourselves we will get there in the end.

So come on, keep eating healthily, (plenty fruit and veg, or as much as you have in and can manage within your checks with regards to fruit that is). Exercise, whatever you fancy - DO and try and to keep within your checks and we will all succeed.

Don't let your weight loss "hang in the balance", like the state of the government just now with a Hung Parliament. Take control and you will see some results for the upcoming summer days at the beach, in your tankini or whatever you decide to wear.

Hi sweeties,
So nice to be mentioned among those who lost lmao
Ok, protal diet is quite and easy one. The main rule is that for few days u eat ONLY proteines, like lean meat, cottage cheese, natural yoghurt ( max 3% fat), fishes of every kind and in any amounts. You also have to drink plenty, minimum of 1,5 liters a day.
In 6 days i've lost 2,5kg.
Now that diet has been invented by french dr Pierre Dunkan. After clear proteine period You add veggies, so You can have 1 day only proteine and one with veggies, untill u're at the target.
Ofcourse i will be under my gp's supervision at all times, due to taking meds.

Diet sounds interesting. A little bit like the "Atkins Diet", I don't know if you will have heard of that or not, but its about eating a lot of protein in it to I think. I think I'll stick to SS, but you're obviously doing well with it, so good luck to you. And if you don't mind me asking what does the Imao stand for? x

2thumbs.gif  Thats great Scotchmist! Well done you. And no probs mentioning you, you deserved it. Also, as it happens I'm going to try and drink more water too, as as well as it being good for you as you know, often our brain confuses hunger for thirst, so its always sensible to have a drink first. 2thumbs.gif  Great simmyhx, well done you! My weight has stayed the same from a couple of weeks ago. My scales were playing up last week, so I might have actually put on a bit last week and lost it again this week. Hope that makes sense, anyway feeling good today.

Ok, miracles do happend.
10th day of my diet and i'm 3,5 kg lighter!
According to what I know it's....7,7 lb eeeeeeeeeeeek laugh.gif
I'm schocked, surprised, call it however You like lol.
As my tooth is remooved now and infection managed to get into it, i can't eat properly, so that means much more water lol

Ok... so i decided to change my WI day, cause if i think i'm doing well when i get to a friday i eat cake at work then have something stupid for dinner...

so i weighed myself this morning.... and.... 2lb off!!! 2thumbs.gif YAY!!!

I forgot to weigh myself this morning as I am on holiday this week and my routine is kind of off whack, but my cat had a wee funny turn this morning so that really made me loose all sensibilities. I am going to wi tomorrow and will post results! smile.gif

I put on 2lbs last week after a few weeks of sts - which included a holiday plus just lots of can't be bothered time too. I lost the 2lbs this week! My wi is wednesday morning, this wednesday was my daughter's 5th birthday so had big bit cake that night, and another big bit today, but it's almost all gone thank goodness! 6 weeks until end of school term. Had hoped to be 12lbs less by then, ie a stone this term, but maybe 2lbs a week for 6 weeks is too hopeful?!!!!

Had a slight increase of 3/4 if a lb this week. It wasn't a good week with two meals out Monday and last night with weigh in today. y_whistle.gif
