(Oh Ewitka, if you're reading this, what is this "Protal diet" you're doing just now, would be interested to know - thanks).
AND we lost a BRILLIANT 20lbs between us and only had a wee gain of 5lb and three of us stayed the same.
Now onto the business of losing weight. What does it take to be successful? Well as we know, commitment, taking the "rough with smooth" and not giving up on ourselves.
We all take different times to achieve our goals as we are all unique, special people, but as long as we have patience with ourselves we will get there in the end.
So come on, keep eating healthily, (plenty fruit and veg, or as much as you have in and can manage within your checks with regards to fruit that is). Exercise, whatever you fancy - DO and try and to keep within your checks and we will all succeed.
Don't let your weight loss "hang in the balance", like the state of the government just now with a Hung Parliament. Take control and you will see some results for the upcoming summer days at the beach, in your tankini or whatever you decide to wear.
