Oh well, onto our Online Class once more. With the weather improving, have you thought about some summer puds or salads that you could have? Sugar free jelly with a scoop of ice-cream is very nice and not a lot of checks and what about a nice salad with your favourite SS dressing?
Personally, I love salads. What do you have with yours? I like a little dollop of coleslaw salad, (low calorie of course!), beetroot, egg, cold beef, onion, a little bit of low fat cheese grated on top of lettuce and tomatoes. mmm... This is making me hungry, just thinking about it.
Right, onto weight losses for last week. We had an amazing 23 and a half pounds lost. One STS and a wee gain of 3/4 of a pound.
gilco gilchrist from Dundee (my home town, by the way), is continuing to do well with losing an incredible 4lbs last week and Ewitka is doing great with losing 7 and a half pounds in ten days, keep it up Ewitka! Audrey, well done too on losing 2lbs you must be chuffed.
Everyone else is doing well also. I am very proud of you all. Remember though that a loss is a loss no matter how small. And every half/one pound you lose is going in the right direction, so don't become despondent if you feel that your not losing lots all at once. "Slow and steady" is sometimes the best way. We'll all get there in the end.
