How are you all getting on? Did you all enjoy eating more fruit and veg last week? I'm needing to stock up again soon, as nearly all mine has been eaten.
What I want to talk about today is just a reminder really that SS is not a diet as we all know, but a lifetime change. And if we don't see the results quickly, we shouldn't become despondent but stick with it and it'll come right in the end. See the "bigger picture" as I think someone has already said before on this site.
Try and do a bit more exercise now the weather is improving, keep a positive attitude, eat plenty of fruit and veg, drink plenty water (good for skin, as well as body) and try and keep within your checks and we'll all see the benefits.
Remember if you're feeling down, it won't last forever. Maybe buy yourself a new pair of trainers and do some walking or go to the gymn. Whatever - enjoy!
Now onto the important bit who's the STAR this week???
Well the trophy, has to go to PETE who lost a commendable 4lbs last week and an incredible 3 and a half stone since the middle of January!
Way to go Pete!!!
Altogether we lost a total of 13 and a half pounds, had one wee gain of half a pound and a few STS. So pretty damn good I'd say.
Right ladies and gents. You know the score. It's now over to you. So come on lets do even better than last week. Lets show everyone what we're made of...
