Thank you all sooo very much for your kind words and continued support , especially the comments about my posts and my experience as being inspirational......that means so much. Its very true though, sometimes you hear a story and think "well if they can do it......."

For me it was reading about JacDav in Boost years ago, she sometimes pops on the boards to say hello even now, I have never met her but I dont think she will even know how much I owe to her - for sharing her story and if I could do that for just one person I would be so proud. It really is life changing.

Really lovely to see some old "faces" pop back as well - means a lot, and no Jaye, I dont mind at all - thank you xx

Thanks everyone - still managing to stay on track although this maintining malarkey is MUCH harder than sticking to PeP and losing.

I got my pics through today from my photoshoot in July and they look great - cant wait to see them in print

More excitement coming up soon.....next week is the semi final of Scottish Slimmer of the Year, more shopping to be done to find a couple of outfits for more photos....Oh its a hard life lollllll.
