Now that the weather is improving, it may be time for us to enjoy getting out and about more. Whether its going for a walk, cycling or even just gardening. Breathing in that lovely fresh air will help lift our spirits and keep us motivated.
Whatever it is you enjoy doing, try and fit in a bit of exercise into your week and you'll feel the benefits, both physically and mentally.

Margd lost an amazing 2 and a half pounds.
nic27874 also done well losing 2lbs and thank you to everyone else for recording their results, good or bad.
Altogether we lost almost half a stone and put on 4 and 3/4 pounds, with a few STS.
