I bought some sugar free jelly but all I ever do is follow the instructions on the pack.

Does anyone have any ideas to make it a bit more exciting?

Thanks

Hi Gem,

smile.gif   You could try and put some lemonade or wine into it, to give it a more "fizzy" flavour or light condensed milk to get milky jelly or as my mum used to call it blancmange. Good luck! x

I like it with fromage fraise. I did try adding some sponge fingers but it was way too thick.

If I could remember how to do it you could stew rhubarb with jelly - it is absolutely delicious.

I sometimes put a little fruit in the bottom, divide it between my tubs before adding the jelly (you know the little pots of mixed fruit - pear, peach etc) It makes a nice wee change 2thumbs.gif xx

scottish slimmers jaffa puds... think they're 5 checks!

put 3 mini jaffa cakes in the bottom of a glass, add about 1/3 pint of orrange jelly, leave it to set then spoon some low cal chocolate mouse over the top... well tasty and satisfies the chocolate craving.
