I do work out - always used the gym for the last 7-8 years but last year when i got ill and put on all my fat i hadnt been atall for months!!
So im building it up again, used to do a lot of running but at the mo im cycling - training for the inverurie bike ride - its in a few weekends time - 26miles and im determined im cutting an hour off my time from last year! which is a big ask!!
So cycling is my thing at the mo! I go to David Lloyds gym , spin class mainly, but after the bike ride im gonna try get back into my running, have just started zumba too!!
Sports villiage is meant to be good, a girl from my work goes there

and shes pretty hot so it must be full of them! hahah
Its funny david lloyds is full of stick thin perfectly toned ppl! theres not a fatty in sight! i dunno why but i always expect the gym to be full of huge ppl running away on the machines but it never is!! hahaha
How much more weight until your target? You cant be far off now??
