I have always wanted to do the race for life especially when i lost my nana six years ago.
Being well made piggy.gif and not having alot of confidence never got round to it untill now after losing six stone in weight and gaining six stone in cofidence laugh.gif
I am happy to say i completed the race for life yesterday and jogged the whole three mile i feel great what an emotional y_scared.gif exprience.
My whole body aches today but it was so worth every ache y_woot.gif

well done! Its a great event to be involved in, I started running it 3 years ago when my Gran died very quickly with cancer, and I have every medal hanging from her picture hanging in my living room. But it is truely inspirational, seeing all those people running for someone else. Again well done! You'll be addicted now - you'll do it every year!
