So let me start by saying our total weight lose this week is 14lb a small gain of 4.5lb and 1 sts.

How many of us have tried different diets?
Their are so many out their egg diet, cabbage soup diet, maple syrup diet, special k diet and how many of them really work? Yes they sometimes do work but how long for? We sometimes look for a quick fix.
But we all have something in common we all want the same thing and that is to lose weight and maintain it so we are all on the Scottish slimmer’s plan
WHY?
Because we all want to lose weight healthily , Because it works as we all know because of the success stories and the weight we have all managed to lose so far.
Why does it work?
Because it is realistic you can eat anything you want as long as you count it in by picking a breakfast, lunch and dinner and the occasional treat.
Tips are given to us don’t skip meals, Plan, and write it down, Never go shopping on an empty stomach, Write a shopping list and stick to it really is simple (at times)
We all have good days bad days, good weeks bad weeks but there is also something we all have in common again we are persistent and we keep coming on the site and we continue with our healthy eating plan and lose lbs so come on people lets see how well we’ve done this week
