bought lloyds food scales
it weighs in grammes then by typing in a simple food code from handbook ( which you can add as memory as you go along ) it can tell you calories, fat, carbs, sodium, protein
i am struggling to shift weight and taking a long hard look at myself it is down to me to make sure i prepare my food myself, easiest thing to do is ask someone who is popping out to shops to buy a fresh sandwich / salad box from baker but i dont know how much tuna / chicken or mayo ect is in it!!!
i tend to have a pkt crisps with it so gawd knows how much checks it really is....
so these scales are not an ornament and i promise to count everything, if i cant count i cant eat!!!!!!!!!
ps it can even take into account the weight of the container you use to put the food you want weighed in!!!!
hope this link works....
