Hi team-mates, a big welcome to the new members. I've got confused with the challenges but I am doing a wardrobe clear-out tonight. Size 16 for me now so the 18's are going in a black bag to the charity shop.
I can't remember who suggested the chips and keema curry but I made it tonight as a challenge to try something new. It was delish. I too recommend it. Easy to make too. I hate anything too fiddly after a days work.
Haven't been fit enough for exercise but hoping to feel able to go to gym tomorrow morning. I will keep you posted on Sunday.

I don't even know who won the challenge last week

how bad am I!!! I did post a couple of times this week saying I couldn't weigh in this week, because I was away

I froze the other portion as hubby doesn't like curry so I have another serving to look forward to. Thanks for the tip Elaine.

After 4 weeks of minimal loss on the scales and struggling to keep to the PEPs over the past 4 weeks I had FANTASTIC result this morning. A whole 4.2kg off.

I hope and pray the machine was in good working order. My hubby weighed-in first and his was STS so I can accept the loss as a reward for hanging on in there.

Now I have to keep a level head and keep on going. I am now 1/3 of my way to target weight. Happy days.

Woo Hoo I lost 2lbs tonight

I know 2lbs is a normal weight loss but my weight loss has been sooooo slow that this has really given me a boost and made me more determined to get to target

Elaine! 2lbs is not "normal weight loss" hahaha id love to lose 2lbs!!
STS for me this week, which is fine cos i had about 4 meals out and about this weekend! I was careful so it obviously worked, happy about that!
Decided to give the booster a try this week, has anyone tried it?
Want to try get 3lbs off this week, i know thats a lot, but planning on a lot of exercise and booster foods

to try and get a bit off before my hols!!

Where has team 1 disappeared to? There have been no posts on our thread in over a week, we'll be giving team 2 the edge.
Whats everyone been up to? How are your losses going? Have you got any inspirational stories or ideas to boost us?
Im feeling good , back into all my size 10 jeans now, muffin top almost just about gone, 100 crunches a week required to maintain it though lol Pep has been going well, kinda relaxing over the weekend and being strict during the week, which seems to be working.
My exercise plan for this week is
Mon - 25 min run 100 crunches loose weights
Tue - Loose weights 100 crunches 10 minutes on stepper
Wed - 25 min run 100 crunches loose weights
Im off on holiday next Saturday so will need Thursday and Friday to get organised, hopefully won;t have to much weight gain while away, I intend to enjoy myself but will be packing my trainers for a wee run or 2. Also will be taking the dogs lots of walks. We're off to Dornoch which for me is way up North, really looking forward to it as apparently is gorgeous.

I've been a bit naughty today

At Mums for a roast beef dinner, and Apple Pie and custard for afters, but theres still Monday tue and wed to try an limit the damage lol I did get up afterwards and wash and dry all the dishes and pots for 6 people to try and burn off some calories, whilst no one else could move lol Haven't had a proper family Sunday dinner for ages so its worth it!!
Motivated for this week cause Im off for a weeks hol on Sat and for the first time since 25th March I won;t be weighing in, (unless I can find a set of scales in Dornoch lol)

Elaine hols was fantastic, weather was great and it was lovely to relax.
Back home and back into life at 100mph tho!! Start my new job on monday so starting to get really nervous about that!
Yeah its like a ghost town here, and i still cant post from my phone which is driving me mental, still trying to get apple to sort it out - even tho its affecting everyone no one else must post on forums cos apple dont seem in a rush to sort it out! hahah
Anyhoo, how is everyone this week?
1.5lbs on for me on my hols, but im so happy about that, thats nothing!
13.5lbs to go to target - want that off before xmas!
