Elaine - dont give up! I have weeks like that all the time! sometimes it helps to fill up on no check food and then have a bigger meal - makes it feel like your eating more and have a wee treat which helps!!

So remember its not all doom and gloom til you hit your target, enjoy life as its happening and this will give you the motivation to continue

Yeah i know i went shopping today and spend a fortune cos everything fits! its amazing! only a few cms left to get off my calfs to fit into my boots without so much effort hahaha
