Hey guys!! Welcome to our challenge thread!!
Dunno if we want to choose a team name!? Or stay as team 1?! I'll let you all decide

I'm openin this thread for general team 1 discussion, problems, thoughts and musings, ideas, motivational speeches, anything you want?!
Bookhunter has posted this weekends challenges and obviously no one has been on this weekend but if you do read this before 7pm please add a bit about yourself on the main challenge thread (started by bookhunter) introduce yourself and earn us the first few points!!
I'll also start an exercise thread for us so we can record exercise and feel free to ask if you think I need any more threads or and ideas etc!!
I don't know all of you that well but come on team 1!!

Hi Team
I am loving this already!!!
Have done Challenge 1.
Challenge 2 - low check crisps thread.
Challenge 3 - Blueberries. Hoping to make blueberry hi-bran muffins. Never tried them before.
Will take photo and write out recipe although I have never put a photo on here before so dont hold your breaths!!!
Will catch up with you all later as away out for my sons 12th birthday!!

I have decided to go back to class this week as my eating is totally out of control

I presume i will just record my weight as of next week once i have been to class?

My eating is way out of control at the moment and it is so easy to get into the habit of stuffing my face (no matter what the reason - I will always come up with some excuse)

Weebarrell thanks for your posts - Im not judging the points- bookhunter is, but Im guessing that challenge 3 is 3 things you did today to stick to pep? So add a couple more just to make sure! hehhe
Think we're already behind! Im hoping for some good weight loss this week and hopefully we'll all get the results we want!
Good to have so many ppl on board!

Hi everyone
How are you all? I am not going to be able to make class this week. Was going to go tomorrow morning before work but can't manage as my son is not well with a virus and hubby is working.
However day 1 starts tomorrow on the healthy eating front.
Not sure how me not weighing into the following week will effect the challenge...........

it won't affect the challenge as long as u let us know

which you have!!
Do you know your weight!? If so then just post your results in 2 weeks time, lots of ppl are just gettig a starting weight this week and proper weigh in from next week

Sorry not been on in a few days. Kids, house, hubby all keeping me oober busy
!!!!
Everyone seems to be doing great.
Well done rebelsue on youe excercise thread, your doing loads!!!
Find going to gym so difficult so my excercise will consist of walking, wii and housework which is never ending in my house
.
I have changed around furniture, hoovered and dusted all day in my daughters bedroom.
Keep up the good work team 1. xx

I lost 2 lbs today!! Happy with that and back into the 11 stones again! Woo!!

Lila your sound like your getting lots done around the house!! Wish I was motivated to do stuff in the house!! Hopefully the oh and his dad building me a new cupboard in kitchen next week tho!! That's exciting xx

I was very naughty today. I had lunch with my neice, roasted peppers and mushrooms with salad on flatbread and a latte. I will be very strict when totting up the checks for the next couple of days.

Well my son is now on the mend. Weighed myself in the house yesterday so will see what the scales say at class next week..................
I have stopped my mad eating so that is a bonus.

Just cooking for the next few days
pasta with onions and mushrooms for lunch tomorrow
then lentil and sweet potato dahll for dinner
and also fruit and jelly pots for the next few days!! Mmmm

I weighed in for the first time on Wednesday and have a new ticker ready.. My first W.I. result will be on Wednesday.. I will be missing the following week as having my op but will drag myself onto the scales the week after!!

My apologies, I lost the way a bit this past few weeks and never managed on here as much as I'd hoped anyway trying to catch up with what's going on in our wee challenge. Is it too late to start from the week 1? Oh 6 sleeps till kids are back at school and normality resumes

especially as its not at the beggining of yuor weight loss !
I have lost 31/2 this week . I wont be able to post my weight next week as will be in hospital but will be on the scales Thursday 25th !!! Not sure which thread to post on so will put it on both .

Im so knackered, does housework count as exercise cause im sure ive just burn a few hundred calories spring cleaning my bedroom and living room, been at it for hours lol

and it stopped me thinking about food

Yeah housework counts!! You can burn a heap of calories doing housework! Really should get mine done too!!
I'm off to gym soon to do my 2mile run!! And then fit to
flex class and hopefully something else too!! Hehe

Well done guys you've all been doing fantastic and we're still ahead of team 2!
Keep up the exercise and the eating well your all doing great!
I'm not feeling positive this week I always get 2 weeks good weeks and 2 bad weeks so I've had two fantastic weeks! So i'm a bit worried! Hoping to get at least a wee pound off this week!
