Juat back from hols yesterday and after the week of eating I have had need to get firmly back on the pep wagon!!! Did manage to keep some exercise going 2 x 2 mile morning runs and big walks each day in the region of an hour, however the amount I ate was silly!!
Exercise plan this week is:
Sunday : 20 - 30 min walk/ run in park with dog Monday: Weights session at gym 20 mins Tuesday: 4k run at gym Wednesday: 5k run at gym Friday: 5k run at gym

Not that anyone is here but heres my exercise for last week!!
Mon- Body Combat Sat- 30 min walk with the dogs Sunday- 45 min pilates DVD
Not a great week exercise wise, started my new job - had body balance booked for thur then was told i had to go out for tea with new workmates! hahaa and then was so tired friday that i just wanted to sleep hahaha
This weeks plan so far Mon - Combat - done Tue -spin Wed - nothing Thur- Body balance Fri - nothing Sat - 30 min walk with dogs Sun - Pilates dvd

Tue - 20 minutes weights and crunches Wed - 25 min run and crunches Fri - 25 min run and crunches Sat - Swimming (and jacuzzi and steam lol)

My exercise has just gone out the window the last couple of weeks But am back to boot camp next week and the lady that takes boot camp has been off the last couple of weeks as she has been training to be a Zumba instructor and she is starting a zumba class next Thursday evening cant wait!!!
Did manage to go for an hours walk on Monday but thats been about it!

Just back from an hours boot camp First week back after the hols and I absolutely loved it Didnt realise until tonight how much I had missed it...... I am also full of the cold just now and cant stop coughing so was impressed with myself that I went to boot camp as before that would have been an excuse not to do any exercise
Zumba on Thursday, cant wait
Also went back to class today as hadnt been in a couple of weeks and somehow managed to lose 0.5lbs and Im not sure how as I have not been good the last few weeks

Just back from an hours Zumba It was such a laugh and the hour passed soooo quickly!!!
The lady that takes it is just amazing, she is soooo motivating, she also does the boot camp aswell
