As promised one thread for team 1 to record exercise!!
To start you off I did my first attack class yesterday!!
And today my body is very sore!! Hahaa but I'm trying to get the oh out to the gym for a game of tennis!!
Will let you know if I manage haha!!

Hey guys, 45 mins of tennis followed by 45 mins of badminton for me!!
Shattered haha!! 550 calories burnt, dunno if i'm gonna manage body combat tomorrow but wait and see haha!!

HI,
My exercise plan for the week (so far) is:
Monday - 4.5k run at gym
Tuesday - run / walk to work (3 miles)
Wednesday - 5.5k run at gym
Friday 6.5k run at gym

Hours walking is great exercise!!
and garden olympics sounds tiring!!
Summer sun your workout plan this week sound tough too!!
My exercise plan for this week is
Mon- Body Combat
Tue- Zumba
Wed - Weigh in - no exercise!!
Thur - Zumba (possibly fit to flex too)
Friday - Body Combat
Sat - Walking around and participating in activities in Landmark Forest Adventure Place!! YEY
I'll let you know how I get on!!

Hi all
Exercise for today - cleaned the house, kitchen, floors, did a load of washing, dishes, etc!!
hahaha
Was going to combat but my oh was out and the place was a tip so i decided to have a power clean!!
Mind before body when the house gets like that! Feel in a much better place now!!
Time to plan this weeks food and shopping list

Hi I was just reading everyones excerise for the week, I thought i would also write my routine
I do wii fitness coach Mon - Fri for 1 hour, also lots of walks and footy in the garden with the kids.
I have been doing the fitnedd coach for 2 weeks and my friend is away on holiday and gave me her Wii fit plus, I have been doing this for half an hour after the fitness coach in the morning, so I have a question, do you think I am doing enough excerise or do I need to do more?
My first weigh in was on Sat and lost 2lb which im delighted with but I did think as it was my first week I thought it would be a bit more, sorry for rambling on.

Lilred your exercise plan sounds good, that fitness coach is difficult!!
Anything you can manage is a bonus! And a 2lbs loss is brilliant!!
Simmy you sound like your cleaning was even more intense than mine!! No skirting board washing for me!! Haha

Just listen to your body and watch your weigh loss and you'll know how much to do
If your feelin good then go for it! Any exercise counts!
I've found my losses slowing down so trying new exercises this week to step it up a bit

hopefully it'll show on Wednesday night!! Hehe

Todays exercise - ran to work - according to the pedometer 4.2k 35 mins 179 cals burned. I was exhausted, and dying but pushed myself!! Luckily gym was open to have a shower before work started!!
Checked with route planner and my run was 4.9k not 4.2, so even better than I thought!!!

evening all, just done 25 mins on my Wii EA Active , 15 mins on the treadmill on an incline and 5 mins punchbag , having a salad then going to bed to watch biggest loser

I managed 45 mins at the gym this morning and walked for 30 mins this afternoon. Hips are stiff and v painful but now that I'm back at the gym I will build on the fitness levels again.
I plan to go out for a walk at lunchtime tomorrow.

Hi Team 1, I'm a happy bunny today 4lb loss for me Woohoo, that's the most I have ever lost in one go !!
Just back from my 1hr walk and it's very hot here!! phew!
Tomorrow I'm in Aberdeen hitting the shops, does this count as exercise as I will be there for hours haha
Going out for an evening meals tonight but have saved the points, so should be fine, so I'll catch up later

I dunno if I posted my exercise this week!?
Tue - zumba 1hr
thur - 30min fit to flex and then 1hr zumba
sat - at least 3 hours climbing and swinging thro trees high up in the air at landmark! Very scary!!
Sun - 30min walk with the dogs!
Not great so far but got combat tomorrow!! And my body aching from all the climbing haha

Walked for 30 mins this morning and twice round the estate this afternoon with grandson. He was in his buggy as he has broken 3 metatarsals in his right foot. Once he gets a full cast on tomorrow he will be able to walk again. Loads of exercise carrying a 3 year old about today.

There's two things:
1. More exercise than normal (walking for at least an hour every day)
2. No Bread this week, I alway have a sandwich for lunch but this week I had a WW Wrap
But it could be my holiday weight coming off also but anyway I'm a happy bunny

30 min walk with the dogs for me tonight! Done 4 dog walks this week on top of my normal gym stuff!!
I like walking the dogs, feels like me time for me and the boyfriend and getting in the fresh air!!
Wow I'm getting old!! Haha

fit to flex class -30 mins
and a 6.5k cycle

Def enjoying getting bak into it and I feel much better - feel bad when I don't go!
It's worth it for the achievement! Bought another pair of new jeans today the style I've been waiting to fit back into! Can't wait to wear them hehe xx

I managed my whole 45 min programme at the gym this morning. My hips are in agony but I will still do the walk later to stop from seizing up. Hubby is taking me out for lunch too. Happy days

Been keeping up the walking at least 1.5 hrs everyday and have noticed I'm getting further and further from home, so my pace must be picking up

Yeah that wii fit is dangerous haha! I've whacked a few ppl over the head with the remote by accident! Haha
Yeah go to docs, they'll prob just say rest but they might give you some painkillers or find out it's not your ligaments atall!? Sometimes worth just getting it checked out

Think I'll need to get back into zumba - sure does lift the spirits with all the laughing at myself
