Spread the Brioche with spread and jam or syrup. Cut into pieces. Add some milk. Leave for a few minutes - if it all soaks in, add a little more. Put in the oven on 180 degrees and cook until golden brown. You can also stew some tinned apples or pears to go with it.
I made this the other day and it was lovely.
