i have completed 2 of my 3 challenges, just thinking of something to post about. Are we doing an exercise thread like team 1 then? or are we going for a different thing?

Im off to work in a shop humphing boxes about for 4 hours - does this count as exercise - work in an offy with lots of heavy boxes

Challenges 1 and 3 for last week are done but I'm posting via my phone so I'll post a new thread tomorrow when I've thought of one, and to get on with week 2 challenges...

Hey team2 how are we all doing???

I have got into the habit of planning my meals and going shopping with a wee list. So this week I am going to try and plan my exercise.
Mon- jogging
Tues- bodypump
Wed- Don't think I will manage any
Turs- jogging and possibly step attack
Frid- bodypump
Sat- jogging
Sun- bodypump

Just posted this on the main thread, so hopefully we have another 10 points!!!!

Sorry should have said, I get weighed at class on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Depends on my shift, going on Tuesday this wee!! Will post weight then 2thumbs.gif

Afternoon all!

I forgot to say I WI on a Saturday morning.

This challenge seems to have got me moving again - hope it lasts!

I've done all the challenges for week 1 and I'm going to start posting on the exercise thread too... For some reason I can do pep or I can do exercise but don't seem to be able to stick to them together rolleyes.gif

I'd say it might be easier to keep track over everything on one thread but I'm happy to go with the flow.

My exercise plan for this week is:
Monday: 30 min lunchtime walk round park, walk to doctors from work (bout 45-60mins)
Tuesday: 30 min lunchtime walk round park, boxing
Wednesday: 30 min lunchtime walk round park, 30 min minimum on wii
Thursday: wii fit , toning/weights exercises
Friday: 15k cycle, boxing
Saturday: wii fit, toning/weights exercises
Sunday: 15k cycle, boxing

I'll update the exercise thread as I go...

How is everyone else doing today?

Hi everyone. It's great to log on and see how well everyone is doing.

I get weighed tomorrow and I am not sure what the result will be as I'm still struggling but doing much better than last week. I can't exercise at the moment but I hope my arms get better soon as I really miss it.

I went for a 45min jog today, so will go and post on main thread so we get some points!!! I getw eighed tomorrow so will post my weight to keep track for next week. We will all have a loss for then!! Woohoo

I'm here Crazy!

Have cricked my neck again - feel so daft. Was putting on my jeans last nights and as I wiggled them over my bum it clicked y_shock.gif Hope it doesn't scupper my exercise plans but it is rather ouchy just now... Grrrr!! angry.gif I've managed to stick to my exercise plan everyday this week so far too with a minimum of 60mins exercise - walking only for me today I think

Eating mostly going to plan, was over yesterday but under on Monday so hopefully by the end of today I'll be on track.

How is everyone else doing?

Hmmm, i woke up yesterday with a very sore back - think i must've twisted awkwardly the day before on the wii (altho i felt fine at the time!!) Hoping to do at least 30mins today - boost our points!!! 2thumbs.gif

Have also planned to tackle my ironing mmountain today - groan!!!
Want to iron & name all Ryans school stuff too, and not leave it til just before he goes back y_whistle.gif

Small movements can often cause the worst injury!! Hope you are both better soon.

I'm off to work soon, so probably won't be back on today. Unless I can sneacky on at work and have a wee nosey!!!

Hi everyone. Sorry I didn't get on yesterday. I was completely exhausted so I decided to get to bed early.

Not doing well doing. Arm very painful. Off for x-ray tomorrow.

Lost 0.2kg though so that's 20 points for us.

Hello

Glad to report 4ln weight loss despite taking my periods 2 minutes before i got weighed

i have planned the next two days as i am still staying with my mum while my house is getting decorated

3 things i have done today to keep my pep complete

1 didn't binge after getting weighed
2. walked 20 minutes
3. did 15 minutes exercise

I'm sorry to report a STS this week... bit anoeyed as I've been bang on with checks and be great with my exercise. Think it might be the week before catching up with me - sorry!

My has been all my exercise for the week (still got today and tomorrow to do though)
Monday: 30 min lunchtime walk round park, walk to doctors from work (bout 45-60mins)
Tuesday: 30 min lunchtime walk round park, 20 min walk into town to catch bus, wii boxing
Wednesday: 30 min lunchtime walk round park, wii fit (minimum 30mins!)

Friday: 15k cycle 45 mins wii fit, 30 mins wii boxing
Saturday: wii fit, toning/weights exercises
Sunday: 15k cycle, wii boxing

Off to post my three things for today!

Elle, you have maximum 25 exercise points! Excellent! And 10 for your sts! Everyone gets them which is why the points are set to reward it. And your 10 points put us exactly 10 points ahead of team 1.

Challenge 1- its my birthday in 4 weeks time so i would like to get to 17 stone that's 6lbs away this is the weight i always get stuck at

Challenge 2- i walked for 20 minutes yesterday and today and i did 10 minutes exercise both days, i hope to do this everyday this week

Challenge 3- i will need to think about this one

Hello fellow team two members well I have had my first weigh in at class and have managed to lose two and a half pounds 2thumbs.gif , am happy with this as didnt manage to eat all my checks last week. Anyway this week I am doing 1hr spin class, 2 1hr zumba classes and my cycle trainer at home, so here hoping for a good loss next week

Great idea Katie. I'm sure you'll love it as soon as you get into the pool.

I have no idea how but I have lost 1 kilo! That's 50 points for us. I have had a really bad week and there was birthday cake too.

Went to the doctor's and I'm now off work for 2 weeks. I'm going to see what I can cook that doesn't take much stirring (and doesn't need to be eaten with a spoon). Need to get back to eating healthily and hopefully the enforced rest will do the trick.

Hey all

I lost 1/2pound at class, which I to was totally surprised at. I'm just hoping it doesn't catch up with me next week at weigh in!!!
It's pouring iwth rain in Perth, so today I am going to spring clean my house!! That should hopefully burn a few calories as I usually ahve a Wednesday off from the gym!!

Bookhunter I hope you are feeling a bit better. Make sure you do rest though otherwise it will just take longer for you to get better!

Well I am now on pep perfect day 4 and the rest of the weeks food and exercise all planned out... I've managed a minimum of 30min exercise everyday and now I'm back in the swing of things I remember how much I actually enjoy it butterfly.gif

Here is my plan for this week:
Monday - 30 min walk, toning/stretching exercises
Tuesday
- wii fit (40mins)
Wednesday - 30 45 min walk, toning/stretching exercises 22 min wii fit
Thursday - 30 min walk, wii fit
Friday - 30 min walk
Saturday - wii fit, toning/stretching exercises
Sunday - wii boxing, wii fit


Has anyone tried Callanetics? I found a book on and it look quite interesting... I'm looking for something to tone me up as I've got a few saggy bits, I know it is due to losing so much but I reckon it will only get worse... any tips on toning anyone?
