Hi everyone Tracey here again this week with your online class.
Let me start with last weeks results we lost 14lb a gain of 6lb and no sts.
Well done to everyone I think we all need to give ourselves a pat on the back and even though we had a small gain there is positive thoughts for this week so again WELL DONE!!!
On with the talk………….
Anyone can lose weight that’s why we are all members of Scottish slimmer’s.
Positive is the key word!!!
And we have all made changes to lose weight.
And I don’t think I’ve met anyone following this plan that can’t lose weight on it.
It’s just they are not ready to lose weight and prefer to eat fattening food rather than keep to the Scottish Slimmer’s Plan or follow their old cooking habits rather than adapt to healthy ones.
No one is a failure you just have to want to lose weight and put in a little bit of hard work to put everything into practice (for example)
. Grill or oven cook your food
. Introduce a variety of fruit and vegetables into your plan
. Portion size adjustments or use a smaller plate at meal times
Small change is better than no change.
