Hi everyone Tracey here again this week with your online class.
Let me start with last weeks results we lost 14lb a gain of 6lb and no sts.
Well done to everyone I think we all need to give ourselves a pat on the back and even though we had a small gain there is positive thoughts for this week so again WELL DONE!!!

On with the talk………….

Anyone can lose weight that’s why we are all members of Scottish slimmer’s.
Positive is the key word!!!
And we have all made changes to lose weight.
And I don’t think I’ve met anyone following this plan that can’t lose weight on it.
It’s just they are not ready to lose weight and prefer to eat fattening food rather than keep to the Scottish Slimmer’s Plan or follow their old cooking habits rather than adapt to healthy ones.
No one is a failure you just have to want to lose weight and put in a little bit of hard work to put everything into practice (for example)

. Grill or oven cook your food

. Introduce a variety of fruit and vegetables into your plan

. Portion size adjustments or use a smaller plate at meal times

Small change is better than no change.
So ok everyone please this week as well as sharing your results share your small changes you have made while on the Scottish Slimmer’s Plan.

Well first week back on plan and lost 1lb - could have been better, but pleased with it.

STS for me this week

I changed my eating habits big time for last 6 months,an example of this below:

I used to eat Aberdeen Butteries for breakfast,these are well fattening,some times i would buy 2 on way to work and eat them at wheel while reading paper before going out of depot,then i would have breakfast of say a sausage roll

I would them most likely if early shift have mince pie and chips or similar junk for lunch,then i would have supper,this could be as chipper or something done it deep fat fryer.At night i would prob sit and scoff shortbread,crisps etc and i wondered why i was a fat ******* lol.

Now i have a proper breakfast before leaving house no matter what shift i am on
Lunch could be something like a sandwich
Then supper could be fish and chips in oven or chicken,sausages etc,but all done in oven or lean machine (grill)

I still have a snack like crisps or rich tea biscuits with low fat cheese,but only in with my check allowance..So yes SS you have to adjust your eating habits alot to loose the weight,but it aint going to loose its self,so change the way you eat and what you eat and watch it make the difference 2thumbs.gif

I've sts this week also just had my tea St davids chicken and enjoyed evry mouthful yum lipsmacking.gif
I am now planning the rest of my week.

Hey Everyone

Well done smile.gif and remember if you stay the same its better than putting weight on and having to lose it all over again

3lb loss for me this week which means I have just passed my wee mini goal of losing 1.5st - piccies coming when I lose 2st!

I still have a way to go before im fitting into size 12's like your lovely self biggrin.gif, I aim for Christmas for goal weight, then I can have all your old size 12 clothes that will be too big for you then biggrin.gif

The size 12s do fit, but i need another half a stone before i look good in them!! hahaha
