Dont know if maybe its been around for ages ? but ive only just tried the Philadelphia Light cheese with Spring onion and black pepper - mmmm its so tasty on light dutch crispbakes with plum tomatoes on top !!! Its my new saviour

I probably shouldn't give anyone ideas but I sometimes use Philly light garlic and herb as a dip for crisps or pretzels.....mmmmm

Great idea Sue I made a prawn cocktail tonight with light mayo, light tom. sauce, lemon juice and had no tobasco sauce so put in a splash of reggae reggae it was delish and had some sweet chilli philly, along with it and a giant salad only 10 checks x

Ohh, lovely! I've never made prawn cocktail but have a couple of pkts of prawns in the freezer. You have just given me an idea for them now x

I had it tonight melted through some pasta ( with a splash of milk to thin )
It was delicious

ooh, I hadn't thought of melting it through pasta which spookily enough is what we are having tonight so i'll try to pop into the shops and get some. I've got a meeting in Stirling this afternoon and I wanted to head into Sainsburys to see if they had any of the new purple potatoes that have been in the news - apparently very good for you!
