This is going to be used to log my exercise and food at the end of each day - Some days I will be organised and plan my eating in advance but it's a rarity, or will be until I get into a decent routine which hopefully won't be long once Rachel starts school full time in a couple of weeks. What will I do with my time?!
Off to pick up Rachel from school - a nice long walk along the canal.. Gotta start somewhere?!
