Had a brilliant result last week,then as usual i went to pot eating for England. Well today after feeling really ill for a couple of days,ive resolved to get my eating under control 
...yeah I know!! Shes said this loads of times before! So its back to basics for me,and yes if i can get through today theres no reason why tomorrow shouldnt go to plan and then before you know where you are a week will be gone

BRILLIANT day yesterday,fingers staying well and truely crossed for Day2! Work tonight, if im feeling ok-still not feeling to good but cant put my finger on why!
