Hi guys , I know most of us watch Come Dine with Me - and I just wanted to share a recipe which ive just made from one of the episodes
Its Quinoa and Cous Cous salad-
30g Quinoa and 30g Cous Cous - dry weight
Made to instructions.
Then Ive added to it chopped cucumber, tomatoes, spring onion and some alfafa sprouts (Im addictd to these at the mo)
A wee dribble of oil - let the cous cous and quinoa cool and then mix it all together
Ive stuck some garlic and corriander in it, but i guess you can stick anything in it!
Im thinking that its 8 checks plus a few if you use oil?
Tastes lovely - real fresh and healthy hahaa- if you like that sort of thing!?
Anyone else got any healthy recipes from come dine with me or otherwise?
