I found this recipe today and had some defrosted chicken breast in the fridge so tried this out to eat later in the week. I had a wee taste and it is lovely, better than a takeaway!! 9 checks (rice/noodles/etc extra)

Oooo I like the sound of that!! Every now and them we make the uncle bens lemon chicken which I really like just pack it full of spring onions peppers and onions and add soy sauce and spring onions to frozen rice so it fools me into thinking its friend rice
