A girl at work had stuffed peppers, filled with cheese (cant remember what kind, im wanting to say haloumi, but i cant remember!) and couscous, sounded nice so think i may try it one day, but also wondered if anyone else has tried stuffed peppers and what kind of fillings have you's tried?

She might've had feta, quite often you find that in stuffed peppers lipsmacking.gif
Tomatoes n mushrooms sound lovely, thats what I had in my omelette tonight smile.gif
If you wanted to use checks a wee spoonful of savoury rice is nice in peppers, or cous cous. You can put a tiny bit grated LF cheese on top too if you fancied.
I DO like the idea of No check ones tho............. y_innocent.gif
