OXO's pea and ham soup Big up your Pea and Ham soup with OXO's tasty Ham Stock Cubes


  • 500g Frozen garden peas
  • 1 Medium onion diced
  • 2 Cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 OXO Ham Stock Cubes
  • 500ml Water
  • 50g Ham Hock
  • Cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Add the peas, onion, garlic, vegetable stock and water to a suitable saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, blend with a stick blender.
  4. Add the Ham Stock and add cracked black pepper to taste.
  5. Stir well and serve!
