OXO's pea and ham soup

Big up your Pea and Ham soup with OXO's tasty Ham Stock Cubes
- 500g Frozen garden peas
- 1 Medium onion diced
- 2 Cloves garlic crushed
- 2 OXO Ham Stock Cubes
- 500ml Water
- 50g Ham Hock
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- Add the peas, onion, garlic, vegetable stock and water to a suitable saucepan.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
- Once cooked, blend with a stick blender.
- Add the Ham Stock and add cracked black pepper to taste.
- Stir well and serve!
