Full Scottish Start the day right with a tasty breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 low-fat sausage
  • 1 bacon medallion
  • 1 slice of low-fat black pudding
  • Handful of mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 medium egg
  • Skimmed milk
  • Spray oil

Directions

  1. Grill the low-fat sausage, bacon medallion, black pudding mushrooms and sliced tomatoes.
  2. Whilst they are cooking, in a non-stick pan scramble 1 medium egg with a splash of skimmed milk. If preferred, egg can be dry-fried using a spray of oil.
